At Mintr, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and efficient shipping for all our customers across Canada.

1. Shipping Costs & Destinations

We exclusively serve customers within Canada. To provide a simple and worry-free shopping experience, we offer Free Shipping on all orders.

  • Shipping Cost: CAD $0.00 (Free)

  • Coverage: All provinces and territories within Canada.

2. Taxes & Import Duties (No Hidden Fees)

We want you to shop with confidence.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable GST/HST/PST will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout based on your delivery province.

  • No Customs Fees: To ensure global availability of our unique lighting collections, orders may be dispatched from our international distribution centre. However, Mintr handles all customs clearance and import duties. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay; you will not receive any additional bills from couriers or the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

3. Processing & Transit Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM (EST/GMT-5).

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 7 – 14 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8 – 17 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your link.

5. Delivery Information

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. Mintr is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, transit times may be affected by external factors such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or peak seasonal volumes.

6. Returns & Damages

If your lamp arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at aivorascales@gmail.com

  • Note: Our registered office in British Columbia is an administrative address and not a return centre. Please contact customer support for the correct return instructions and authorized return address.
